DESCRIPTION:Get Your Bike Ready for Spring\nJoin us\, along with the City of Brampton\, Peel Region and Different Spokes for our Changing Gears: Bike Tune-up Workshop at the Brampton Bike Hub! \nJoin us for a relaxed\, all-ages bike safety workshop focused on bike safety\, rules of the road\, biking in all seasons and more. Plus a chance to receive a free bike tune-up to get you ready to bike this spring. \nThis event is part of the Fletchers Creek Sustainable Neighbourhood Action Plan (SNAP). \nWhat to Expect:\n\nA welcoming\, beginner-friendly bike safety workshop\n\n\nLearn the ABCs of bike safety\, rules of the road\, and practical riding tips\n\n\nBring your bike for a chance at a free light tune-up from a Bike Hub mechanic. Bike tune-ups are available to the first 20 participants\n\n\nConnect with City and Region staff and local bike experts\n\n\nAsk questions and share your own biking experiences\n\n\nEntry into a draw to win one of the following:\n\n\nBike tune-up and patch kit\n\n\nDifferent Spokes Bike Hub membership\n\n\nCVC Parks Day Pass\n\n\nLight refreshments will be available\n\n\nVolunteers under 18 please bring a signed copy of our event waiver\n\n\nVolunteers over 18 please read and acknowledge the event waiver\n\n\nBike Hub Waiver\n\nThis event is subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather.
