DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to bring back our Annual Spring Clothing Swap! This year\, we’re partnering with Plato’s Closet and adding a hands-on Mending Workshop to help you repair and extend the life of your favourite pieces. \n🛍️What to bring: \n👕For the Clothing Swap: \nBring your family and friends\n1–10 pieces of new or gently worn clothing\nA reusable bag to carry your swapped items\n🧵For the Mending Workshop: \n1–2 items you’d like to repair\nNo experience needed—just bring your items and a willingness to learn!\n🎯What to Expect: \nClothing swaps are a fun\, free\, and sustainable way to refresh your wardrobe: \n1:00 PM (sharp): Drop off your clothing items and check in. While volunteers sort items\, take part in the mending workshop and learn about plastic waste and the impacts of fast fashion\n2:30 PM: The swap starts\, browse the racks and take home items you love\, completely free!\nEnjoy light snacks and refreshments\, and enter our raffle for a chance to WIN 1 of 3 Plato’s Closet gift cards! \n  \n📆Event Schedule \n1:00 – 1:30 PM | Check-In & Clothing Drop-Off\n1:30 – 2:30 PM | Mending Workshop & Panel\n2:30 – 4:00 PM | Clothing Swap & Raffle Draw \nWe hope to see you there!
