Are you new to Canada or Markham? Are you curious about what the library has to offer? Join us on an exciting tour! Explore our collections, learn how to borrow materials, discover cutting-edge technology, and participate in engaging programs—all for free.
Plus, you will get your own library card! Just bring your ID and proof of address.
This tour is open to everyone, but it’s especially beneficial for newcomers to Markham or Canada. We’ll focus on resources that can assist newcomers, refugees, and those supporting them.
This tour will start in the program room at Thornhill Community Library. Drop-ins are welcome!
